Mindful Mix  This Class combines flowing transitional vinyasa movement, with a mindful mix of yin & restorative postures.
A well rounded practice focusing on body awareness, breathwork and intention. 
Gentle Yoga & Meditation Step into a soothing oasis, Jennifer gently guides you through a peaceful class. Release tight and tired muscles, in an atmosphere that will quiet your mind and restore your spirit. Class includes a period of guided and/or personal meditation.
Blissful Blend Just be! It's time to enjoy a blissful practice. This class offers a wonderful blend of movement to release a tired, stressed body and an extended period of restorative relaxation.  

Move Your Asana!  Asana is the physical practice of yoga. We combine motivational music, yoga and light handweights into class. Students are encouraged to work at their own ability and may choose to practice without weights. 
Soul Flow A steady vinyasa flow to strengthen the mind and let your soul shine! Class is powerful, energetic and fun! Working on balance, breath, core and poses to empower! Modifications are always given to ease or intensify your practice!
Private Yoga Sessions
A custom session created just for you! Be it restorative and peaceful, new to yoga, or deepening your practice, everyone can benefit from a personal yoga session! 
Group Sessions Yoga & Creative Arts
Gather your friends and or family for a group session! A wonderful girls night out, date night, or bridal shower event. Jennifer will customize this class from music to yoga style for all to enjoy! You may also customize this class to include Creative Art time. (Journaling, Art Projects, Guided Meditation)
