Beginning Yoga
Have you ever practiced Yoga? If not, these classes are for you. In the step-by-step introduction to the fundamentals of Yoga, you will learn basic postures and breathing techniques to bring you greater benefit and joy from the practice of Yoga.

Yoga I
Introduces basic postures, proper breathing, and relaxation techniques for students new to Yoga or for those who want to work on the fundamentals.

Yoga II and Flow Yoga
Integrate postures into a vinyasa (flowing from one posture to the next) with some held postures to balance strength and freedom in body, mind, and spirit. Grace, fluidity, and joy grow from the inside out.

Gentle Yoga
Enables students who may have physical limitations (i.e. arthritis, low back pain, stiffness) to receive the therapeutic benefits of yoga. Individual needs are addressed.
